SERVICE 08
Company e-mail setup, and making sure what you send arrives instead of landing in spam.
Writing from your own domain is a matter of trust; quoting from a gmail address makes a company look smaller than it is. On the technical side the time goes not into opening mailboxes but into making sure the mail actually arrives. If the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are wrong, what you send drops into the recipient’s spam folder or never shows up at all. With no records at all, anyone can send mail in your name.
What we deliver. Every line is a concrete item you can raise in the next meeting.
Accounts on your own domain, shared boxes and forwarding; phone and desktop setup.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up and verified. They keep you out of spam and stop other people sending mail as you.
A separate setup for newsletters and announcements, kept apart so your corporate mail reputation is not damaged.
Order confirmations, password resets and form notifications: the mail your systems send themselves.
Backups, two-step verification, handover of a departing employee’s mailbox, and access logs.
With a small headcount, Workspace or Microsoft 365 is easier and more reliable. Running your own mail server means managing sending reputation, which is a full-time occupation. For most companies we advise against it.
Yes, folder structure included, along with calendars and contacts. During the switch both systems run in parallel for a while so nothing is lost.
Usually one of three: missing records, a sending server with poor reputation, or bulk sending mixed in with corporate mail. We measure all three and report back.
We listen to what you use today and where it jams, then send you what can be done in writing. If it already works well enough, we will tell you it is not worth touching.
Tell us what you have in mind; within two working days we come back with scope, timeline and a budget.
