Integrations

We get separate programs talking, so the same information is never typed twice.

Most companies have systems, but the systems work without knowing about each other; the site sits in one place, accounting in another, the warehouse somewhere else again. Somebody fills the gap by copying data across by hand, and that is where the errors come from. Integration builds the bridge. At Foto Özay we connected the WooCommerce store to Odoo, and orders, stock and pricing are now managed in one place.

What we do

What we deliver. Every line is a concrete item you can raise in the next meeting.

01

Store and ERP connection

Products, prices and stock synced one way or both; orders drop into the system automatically.

02

Accounting hand-off

Invoice and payment data pushed into the accounting software you already use, with reconciliation gaps reported.

03

Shipping and logistics

Creating shipments with the carrier, sending tracking numbers to customers, reading delivery status back.

04

Payments and banking

Payment gateways and instalment rules; bank statements read in and matched against open invoices.

05

Bridges we write ourselves

API or file-based transfer for systems with no ready connector, with alerts and retries when something fails.

Frequently asked

Our software has no API. Is it still possible?

Usually yes. Reading the database directly, scheduled file exchange or processing export files are all options. We look at what is possible and tell you.

What if one side breaks?

The transfer is queued and retried when the connection returns. On a permanent error both you and we get a notification, so nothing disappears quietly.

How often does it sync?

Stock and orders are usually near-instant; slower-moving data like prices and descriptions run hourly or daily. We tune the frequency to what the data actually needs, since making everything instant is needless load.

Tell us how this works at your company.

We listen to what you use today and where it jams, then send you what can be done in writing. If it already works well enough, we will tell you it is not worth touching.
